Jagga Jasoos First Song: Ranbir Kapoor & Katrina Kaif Goof Around In Ullu Ka Pattha
Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif redefine craziness in Ullu Ka Pattha as they set out for a life-changing experience. This one will surely find a place in your playlist
The makers of
Jagga Jasoos just dropped the first song of the film – Ullu Ka Pattha – and
Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif are at their craziest best in the track.
Director Anurag
Basu took to Twitter to share the song and wrote, “Arijit Singh : Ullu Ka
Pattha Video Song | JaggaJasoos | Ranbir Kapoor,K... https://youtu.be/h2GhQBI5YGw via@YouTube (sic).”
The song, sung by
Arijit Singh and Nikhita Gandhi and penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya showcases
Ranbir with his sidekick Katrina performing what looks like robotic dance on
streets of Morocco to earn money for their travels.

The relentless
duo is on the lookout for Ranbir’s missing father established by scenes of the
actor showing pictures of his dad to the locals.
Former real-life
couple, Ranbir and Katrina, share great camaraderie as they go from one
adventure to another.
The dialogue-less
trailer (except for the last scene) gave us the Barfi! feels and introduced viewers to Jagga’s world of
travel, adventure, eccentric animals and melodious music.
Before the makers
announced the release date of Jagga Jasoos – July 14 – through a fresh poster, the Anurag Basu
directorial often grabbed headlines for the constant delay owing to Basu’s
re-shoots.

Talking about the
film being pushed repeatedly, Basu had told a section of the media: "I
think time doesn’t matter. If a film has to work, than it will work anytime. If
we have made it well, then it will definitely be a hit irrespective of the
delay in its release. If it’s not made well than it would have flopped even
when it was released without delay."
Coming back to
the song, Ullu Ka Pattha, Ranbir and Katrina have set high expectations for the
film with the number.
